Tenants should be warned to look elsewhere. This is the most disastrous building in D.C., from unresponsive management, to persistent leaks that are painted over, to blatant smoking violations that infiltrate all surrounding units. Do not rent here. Do not waste your money.

I have lived here for one year and a half. I have really enjoyed my apartment, leasing office, maintenance team and not to mention the residents that I have encountered. Amenities are awesome. The gantry apartments is a GREAT place to live.

I like it here, but there are two male concierges that are really rude. David and the concierge with glasses, very short hair, and bigger build. Please ask them to be kinder to residents.

Overall a good place to live. Management is fairly competent, the location is great, amenities are good. One issue is that almost all the electric car charging ports are non-functional
