Love the gym and location. Front desk stuff changes so often they have no idea what to do. Wish the leasing agents were transparent about bills or at least they would explain what you are paying for. Now, it’s a surprise every month. Parking is a mess.

Management doesn’t call you back. I was denied to live and the company never verified my employment. I have asked management to call me several times, they will not return my calls.

So far, so great! Leasing has been helpful in the application process and has been responsive. The building is extremely luxurious and clean. I loved the amenities that made me feel like my amenity fee was being put to good use.
