The staff at the property are genuinely kind, responsive, and do their best to help residents day to day. That said, it often feels like they are significantly understaffed, which impacts overall operations.
Package handling in particular has been a recurring issue. I’ve experienced frequent delays, mislabeling, and several instances where packages were temporarily misplaced or not received at all. It has become a consistent inconvenience and concern.
The apartment units themselves are fairly... low quality in terms of finishes and maintenance relative to expectations. However, the building amenities are truly a highlight and are well designed and enjoyable to use.
I’ve also had difficulty getting responses regarding requests for a meeting with management, particulary Daniel the property manager, which has added to frustration when trying to address ongoing concerns.
Lastly the dog run is constantly filled with poop and my dog got sick from this. It is a serious safety hazard.

Hi Sansskruty, I appreciate that you mentioned our team was short staffed, and that the staff at our community is kind and responsive. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help you. Daniel is a great resource, but his availability is... limited as he manages multiple communities and has other responsibilities to keep our community operating properly. We should have a new Resident Services Manager starting later this month who would be the ideal contact to address your concerns. We will share the feedback about our dog run with the housekeeping team to ensure they stay vigilant if anyone fails to pick up after their pets. Have a great day.
