Pleasant
This property is an older, clean, and quiet building with pleasant tenants and staff. The price and space are very reasonable at this location in the center of Columbia Heights. The great part is that it is definitely nice for the price, offers flexible lease terms and allows me to save money and afford my lifestyle.
