I’ve been here for about 6 months and love everything about it! Great views, amenity space, it’s a great building! Also Travis helped me with my move in and was SO helpful and professional though out!

The Iris is a lovely community with excellent amenities and great floor plans in a growing part of Washington, DC. The leasing agents, concierge staff, and maintenance staff are excellent and very personable. They are always willing to answer my questions and take the time to get to know you. They always take a second to say hi when I am out and send timely updates on the community.

Building is very nice inside and out. You have bystanders hanging around building all through the day and night. Outside of the building and staff in superb.

The Iris is State of the Art living! I simply love the kitchen area where cabinets drawers close themseves...WITHOUT being slammed! And the cabinet space alone is a cook's dream!
