LIABILITY Back door at property does not securely close

Constant noise from construction crews working as early as 7: 30 am daily, Constant knocking, banging, drilling. Aside from noisy neighbors above there is constant construction being done at The retail property below. Property management disregarded constant notifications regarding safety, liability and back door, not properly, closing, exposing and leaving tenants at risk for potential threat. Constant shootings in the area. Rats in the area where back door does not securely close. Negligent... property management.
