Union Heights is a community in desperate need of better management and allocation of resources. Mice run the halls. Pest control never comes. My air filter has only been changed once. Air conditioning unit has been broken at the beginning of spring both summers I’ve lived here and takes over two months for management to get the ball rolling on repairing it. Almost all of the elevators in the building are out of service and have been so over two months. Management is typically unresponsive until... a corporate email is cc’d in correspondence. The price is of rent is decent but not worth the issues.

Union Heights is a great community home that provides great accessibility and transparency to the residents. It makes living here comfortable, easy and friendly. The amenities along with the excellent staff give the residents the home living experience to die for!!!

My experience has been good, and I love it here, but I think there’s room for improvement when it comes to management communication skills and also some of the front desk staff are not welcoming.

Luxury apartments from hell

The staff is incompetent. Nobody in maintenance wants to work. The manager Brian was supposed to do work on my apartment BEFORE I moved in 11/1 it is now 12/5. Nothing is done still after 35+ days
