Terrible Management & General Uncare
The management is the worst I've ever experienced. Outside of the concierge, it is nearly impossible to speak with anyone in management regardless of the issue. For the majority of the one year I've lived here, the locks on 70% of external entries did not work and anyone could get in. For the last two months, the front door to my building has been unlocked for easy access without a fob, and despite this, they are raising rents.
The complex is noisy, uncared for and very unfriendly. I only... moved to this complex because it was cheap and I was new to DC. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.
