As someone in the construction industry.. This building is so much better built than any of the others in the area. I went and visited two other buildings in Buzzards Point before signing my lease at Vermeer and the quality of the build is what sold me. Yes, the staff is very nice and there are no maintenance issues in my unit, but if you visit this building (even just the common area spaces) you can immediately feel the difference.

Hard to tell in pictures, but walking around the building,... you can certainly feel it! Also I love all the resident events they have on a weekly basis and interacting with all the neighbors in the building who all seem very nice and friendly. Read More

I’m absolutely thrilled with this building! I couldn’t be happier with my experience living here. The facilities are amazing — everything is well maintained, clean, and makes everyday life so comfortable and enjoyable.

But what really makes this place special is the staff. The team at the leasing office is always helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. And I have to give a special shoutout to Jazmine — she is truly wonderful! She always has a big smile for the residents and goes... above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She also organizes the most amazing community events that really bring neighbors together and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Vermeer is my place!! The staff makes you feel like family!! I’ve toured three times now with two different leasing people. The first was Jurod. He was very very nice and helpful during my tour. The second was Tamare, she was so nice to me, she made me immediately feel like Vermeer was going to be my home. I also met the manager who was in a meeting when my 2year old son entered his office. Instead of shooing him away, he was playing peekaboo with him while he was on the phone and high fiving... him while his meeting was taking place.
