Worst game play by leasing
My experience with the leasing office at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. The staff seem untrained and uncoordinated—every representative provides different and often conflicting information.
As my lease was ending, I encountered numerous unexpected charges due to delays and mistakes on their part regarding lease extension communications. Despite these issues clearly being caused by their lack of timely response, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and still... imposed hefty fines.
Email communication is almost nonexistent—they rarely respond, even after repeated follow-ups. When I visited the leasing office in person, they simply instructed me to send an email, which again went unanswered. This cycle of poor communication and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating.
I would not recommend this place if you value transparent communication and fair
