Nice facility in terms of location and grounds. Management is oblivious and never addresses problems brought up to them including overflowing garbage, clogged garbage shoots. This is unsanitary and unacceptable at this price point. Dog waste bags are not monitored so they also overflow, and the apartment maintenance is not on top of wear items such as grout on the floors. I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment community. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean grounds, attractive landscaping, and a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home.

The staff deserve special recognition—they are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. From the leasing and management team to the maintenance crew, everyone is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about their residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled... quickly and efficiently.

One of the best parts of living here is the neighbourhood itself. The neighbours are kind, considerate, and create a peaceful, friendly, and warm environment. It’s the type of community where people look out for one another, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.

I’ve had the worst experience living here. Absolutely nothing works and maintenance is horrible. From the air conditioning, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and washer and dryer. I went through three refrigerators because none of them worked. I’ve been getting packages delivered here and many were lost or an employee decided to take mine out of the locker but obviously kept one for herself.

Residents ignore rules about the time frame you're allowed to place trash outside your unit for collection. Its common to see trash bags left out directly on the floor all day, every day. I have a problem with small flies in my unit as a direct result of this. Its a health issue and a fire hazard but management does nothing but send an occasional, passive e-mail that no one reads.

There's also the constant noise if you don't live on a top floor. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every movement... as well as what my next door neighbors are doing. I would not recommend these apartments if you enjoy a quiet space. Read More

The manager and assistant manager are top notch. Normally in an apartment complex,management is horrible but here, they are great. It is some of the residents that are horrible. (Clean up after your dogs inside all the buildings) This community is in a great location with lots of greenery. However, parking can be tight ( slow down in parking lots) and the overwhelming smell of trash in the hallways can be a weekly problem. ( air fresheners aren’t the solution) The rugs are stained, and there is... always some kind of dog or cat issue on them with residents who dont care about following the rules and cleaning up. There are no rugs so you will hear your neighbors next door, upstairs or downstairs. Cleaning of the public areas and hallways could be better but again that is the cleaning company. The trash collection and smells and dumpster messes could be better but again that is the trash company. depending what building you live in it can be very noisy. JAG manages this apartment complex.
