Foundry Yards Apartamentos

DO NOT rent from foundry yards. There was mold in our apartment that the managers refused to take care of for multiple months. It was all over the bathroom, closet and living room. I had to clean all my clothes and the entire apartment shortly after moving in. The management is not helpful and very slow at even responding to complaints. The hallways constantly smelled like weed. The common areas and pool are always trashed and never cleaned. If you are a graduate student or resident looking to... move. Please rent from any other apartment complex. They recently had major water damage to multiple apartments because a fire setting off the sprinkler system to which they took multiple hours to respond to. It has been put into writing that safety is not a guarantee here at Foundry Yards when asked about getting a door repaired for the last month that has allowed for anyone to enter the apartment building...add the daylight bike heist from a locked room and multiple car break-ins, you will love feeling at home here! Do not worry though, they guarantee this is all just part of what it is like to live in downtown Birmingham!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Multiple break-ins, cars stolen and car break-ins happen in a “gated control accessed” garage. It is not secure and crime is bad at the building. Management is horrible!

This place is awful.
Multiple break-ins.
Unsanitary common areas.
No resident activities.
The property management company is difficult to deal with.

I have lived at Foundry Yards for almost a year. The RangeWater management team was amazing. The new company is not helpful or tenant friendly. With my lease renewal coming up I have been trying to contact them to talk about viewing possible other units. Primarily to move away from the LOUD train noises all night and all the loud cars doing burnouts in the parking area next door. They don’t return emails or phone calls but they will walk to your door and leave a note asking for you to renew. I... sure miss the old team. They knew how to make people feel welcome. Lee mas
