The Vibe here is unbeatable! A very pretty community. I feel safe and comfortable. The amenities are so convenient. On a hot summer day, I grab ice from the ice machine to put in my cooler and head to the pool. If there is a game on, I can watch it on the big screen on the deck. We enjoy playing corn hole as well! We have a game room, gym and Yoga classes! The community events are always fun with a lot of thought put into them!

I just renewed my third lease at the Flats of East Bay. I love this community. The amenities are wonderful, the staff is very responsive, and the maintenance team keep everything is great shape! I hope to live here for a very long time!

Very nice apartments. I have lived here going on a year now, it is a very beautiful complex and apartments are very UpToDate with designs. The washer/driers could have been better, they don’t clean as good as other places I have lived but that is the only downside! Staff is friendly. Extremely pet accommodating!

This location is very nice. The staff is friendly and responsive, the apartments are nice, the amenities are great. The apartments themselves are set in a pretty location and the residents are very respectful.
