Island Pines Apartments

Moved in knowing the property had just been built and we would be one of the first tenants. None of the doors close correctly, painters messed up in multiple spots (paint on door frames, doors, windows, ect.), if you needed something to be fixed it took close to a month for anything to get done about it, every unit had something wrong with it between scratches on floors or wiring being done incorrectly. You could tell that the property was done for the cheapest price to maximize profit. The... staff is unprofessional and talks about each unit with other units. (Property manager lives on this property with you). Overall not the worst property but definitely could have been better.

Best advice is do not share information you don’t want to share publicly with the property manager and don’t have high expectations about having issues fixed in a timely manner. It gets done eventually but typically it’s easier to just fix things yourself when possible.

The property itself is okay you just can tell a lot of short cuts were taken when constructing it. Lee mas
