The Foundry at Stovehouse

Good property, safe and good location for ease to access downtown and interstate. I enjoy the amenities and access to stores for groceries and reastaurants.

I have dust all over the bathroom countertops and the duct inside the closet doesn’t attach to a vent so it just blows dust and fiberglass from the inside of the closet out into the kitchen and rest of the apartment. I was told it would be repaired but once I renewed my lease I was told there’s was nothing that could be done. So I now have been living with all the dust with my pets praying we don’t get a terminal illness from breathing drywall dust for the last year and a half.

I enjoy living here. It’s peaceful! The Foundry has a perfect location. We have the new FoodCity, which includes Starbucks. We also have a couple of restaurants. I don’t really have to crank my car. This is a wonderful place.

Lot of issues moving in. Constant breaking down of elevators. The mandatory valet trash is often not consistent. Lots of loud neighbors and especially at night in parking lot. Front office doesn't answer the phone and its hard to get in touch with the courtesy officer.

I’ve been here a year and i have had a great time being a resident. I’ve had minimal problems and have enjoyed the amenities as well as the community events.
