When a truck driver blocked my car in the parking lot three times and yelled at me, I had to go to the office, to let them know, that something was wrong. But the Foundry staff member at the front desk told me to park next to my apartment. Are these the new rules?
Are they only for me?
Also, I am not happy with insurance company, which charges me with no any agreement.

The new team is very sweet and working hard. I don't like the idea of amenities being taken away because of bad actors (for example, locking down the TVs unless you rent them). The package room is out of control - glad it's being changed.

Good place for those who is rude and aggressive.

..if you behave rudely and aggressively, if you insult your neighbors without hesitation, if you dump food waste from your table into the street trash can by the building entrance, or if you park your truck in a way that prevents the person next to you from opening their door and getting into their car—then Foundry is the perfect place to do all of that with total freedom. P.S. On Saturday, June 21, 2026, the receptionist told me that people park like that in shopping mall parking lots all the… time. No, they don’t. That has never happened to me in a shopping mall parking lot. But that comparison clearly illustrates just how low Foundry has sunk. Cockroaches have appeared here—the kind we didn't have before. Now we’re just waiting for the rats.

The new management team has been absolutely amazing. They came in ready to work and have truly focused on making the Foundry better for the community. From adding new amenities and food trucks to organizing monthly and quarterly community projects, their efforts have not gone unnoticed.

The staff is always warm, welcoming, and operates with an open-door attitude. They are truly what the Foundry needed.

I definitely give them 5 stars for the positive changes and dedication they’ve shown so far… .

Really Nice Community

The community is clean, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch — especially the pool area and fitness center.
I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home!
