I have been trying to reach someone on the phone every day for a week. In addition to the automated system that requires you to leave a message and wait for a call back, (a call I never received, btw), the one time that I did get an actual person on the phone, she was very rude and started talking about me “asking all these questions” to her coworker(s) while I was still on the phone! I would rather live in a cardboard box on the street than to have these rude/unprofessional people managing any... property I live at! Lee mas

Roach infestation like I’ve never witnessed in my life. Horrible up keep on units. When it rains outside it rains inside. No promises in the lease have been upheld. Period don’t waste your money.

Nice friendly service and Alexis was an awesome assistant in helping making the right decision and getting me into an apartment asap, she's awesome

I have had a wonderful experience here at Broadmoore Gardens. The staff works very hard to make the residents happy. They have fixed any problem that I have had in a timely fashion. The property manager has had no problem with meeting with me personally to answer any questions that I've had and to listen to and help resolve any problems. The staff is amazing and you can really tell that they are working to improve the property every single day. I would (and have) recommended Broadmoore Gardens... to friends. Lee mas
