I have just moved in and would agree that all pet owners need to do a better job of cleaning up after their pets. I have a dog and bring a bag out every time to clean up after her. The apartment was a little dirty when I moved in, but overall a good experience. Office personnel have been nice and answered my questions.

Good???? I like it because the space is comfortable My kids also feel comfortable when moving here, they like swimming. But I just moved in and haven't experienced it yet.

Marinate is slow, apartments are very expensive for their function but the area is nice. I always feel safe. The front office people are kind most of the time. Just be cautious, if there are any issues they are not resolved quickly

Move in was a little stressful, but everything ended up working out. The maintenance and office teams have been kind and easy to work with. We have some outstanding items, but trust they will be resolved quickly.

Things seem to be improving with the newer team and if they stay and we have some consistency here, I feel they will continue too. Bobby seems to be a good addition as maintenance manager, professional and easy to takk with! I hope this team gets the support and tools from home office to do their jobs and continue to improve living quality here for ALL residents.
