They deserve no stars. If you're considering moving here, just don't! It looks nice and that's because all the care goes into the front office and stops there. I was here for almost 2 years without any problems, but just recently I had to move out of my inhabitable roach infested apartment after waiting for over a month for pest control to be sent out. I pay for the service by the way every month in my rent fees. I had to go down to the office and ask for an update weeks after my request. They... finally sent him out and when I talked to him, he said he's at the complex every week!!! Why then did it take a month for them to direct him to me??! My guess is nobody put my request in. Meanwhile in that month I stopped using my kitchen because roaches were coming out of my sink, pantry, refrigerator, and oven. I talked to a maintenance worker who told me the front office KNEW about this issue from other residents and wouldn't do anything (he was right!!) I spent $100+ of my own money for pesticides on top of finding other means to eat since my kitchen was overran. The building is clearly infested because they're still there after my attempts and pest controls attempts to eradicate them. I had to leave. I was assured by 2 people in the office (including office manager) that I wouldn't have to buy out of my lease due to the inhabitable living condition, but just got word that was a fat lie and I will have to because "they did send out pest control for the problem" (A WHOLE MONTH LATER!!!!!) According to staff, this isn't just a problem in my building. It's a problem throughout the complex and they KNOW but take their sweet time doing anything because it doesn't affect them.
Just don't move in here, unless you like roaches as roommates!
And just FYI, I cleaned my apartment EVERY DAY. I bought stronger chemicals to clean once I started noticing the roaches. Every day I was finding them everywhere, on a given day I’d see at least 10. It was horrible.
