A beautiful, peaceful community with friendly staff and great amenities. An overall great place to call home! 4/5 stars due to slow response times from maintenance in the past, but hopefully that improves with recent changes in crew.

I love the grounds of the apartment. Lots of green spaces and well maintained. I also love the floor plan of the apartment I live in. This office staff are always friendly and helpful.

Avana Coronado Staff is the Best!

I have been living at Avana Coronado for almost 4 years now and so happy to renew my lease again. Dani in the leasing office and Jeffery in Maintenance are the BEST! Both of them are so kind, friendly, professional and do a great job taking care of all requests. I am very happy to be living in a community that truly cares. I highly recommend this property!
