The staff is awesome and the location is perfect. You're close to a lot of different shopping centers and restaurants, this is a great area to live.

So far so good, very quiet and peaceful.
Parking is a struggle at times.
The complex is maintained and clean.
Pet friendly for sure of which I love.

I love the Avana Coronado community. We signed our lease without even looking at an apartment. It just felt right and the grounds are beautiful, friendly staff, and decent price point. The parks and location are the cherry on top. We love our home.

I love my home & my neighbors, & everything is close but the community still feels private. The parks nearby are a definite plus for me & my pup, & the ladies in the office are amazing!
