A beautiful, peaceful community with friendly staff and great amenities. An overall great place to call home! 4/5 stars due to slow response times from maintenance in the past, but hopefully that improves with recent changes in crew.

Avana Coronado Staff is the Best!

I have been living at Avana Coronado for almost 4 years now and so happy to renew my lease again. Dani in the leasing office and Jeffery in Maintenance are the BEST!
