Love the surrounding neighborhood, the amenities, supportive office staff. But, not so much the parking issue. Also wish there was a recycle bin and/or trash valet service accommodated this.

Lots of positives have happened with the new manager Michelle. Quiet community in a great location with two parks nearby and shopping and restaurants/places to eat less than 1 mile away.

Our move in was not ideal. We had problems from day one, and they never seemed to end. The reason I can still with good conscious give such a high star review is because the staff makes all the difference. All the women in the front office will go above and beyond to help.

I absolutely love my home! This place is truly a hidden little gem—tucked away in a peaceful, well-maintained community that feels like a quiet retreat from the city. The landscaping is beautiful, and the neighborhood has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet yet centrally located place to call home!
