Dobson 2222

Very old and non renovated apartments. I have been in different communities but this is the oldest one

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am living at Dobson 2222. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. Everyone always greets me with a smile and they are always very upbeat.
I have to say that your maintenance men are right on things whenever I have an issue. Most of all Bob is a fantastic maintenance man. He is very professional and as far as I'm concerned he should be the supervisor of maintenance. He is very qualified and should definately be promoted.
The grounds are most of... the time very clean and the only thing that needs help are the people that have their children take the garbage to the dumpsters and instead of putting it in they leave it on the ground. And parking should not be allowed in front of the dumpsters but other than that it's a very nice property. Lee mas

I was looking for an apartment and happened to visit Dobson 2222. Kristina and Dobson222 staff were awesome! I felt the need to leave a review on my positive experience.

Kristina’s customer service is absolutely horrible. I sent all documents by email (as she asked me to do) she responded that they were excited for me to be part of the community and then waited for me to get out of town (which she was aware of) to claim that they never received my documentation. I had to have my ex husband go down to straighten it out on move in day with my money order, which is when she said all money was do (all by email) she tells him that she can’t handle this today and it... will have to wait until tomorrow. She is wrong about what schools are in district, she lost my paperwork to include my personal info, ss#, ID, paystubs etc. And tells my ex that I can resend it and it’s possible I might lose my $300 concession cause she didn’t do her job?!?
Your property just lost a tenant and you can thank Kristina not doing her job for it. I

I’ve never had so many problems with renting an apartment right off the bat. The leasing contract states the apartment is to be move in ready - but it’s far from that. It should not take a stack of maintenance orders which take 2 weeks to complete in order to make the apartment the way it’s supposed to be. These apartments may be under new ownership but they are clearly aging and the new management hasn’t invested the time, money or patience to make them nice. Do yourself a favor and look... elsewhere, you can do better. Lee mas
