New management came in 2021 and literally put a new coat of paint on the exterior and now are charging rediculous prices. They never maintain the property correctly and there is animal urine and waste all around on the walkways. The pool is chronically closed for repair but nothing is fixed. Leasing is aweful to work with and existing residents are leaving in droves. Avoid this complex at all costs or expect a terrible experience and your rent to be raised by hundreds of dollars (most getting... $400 raises). I was in the process of moving looking at multi apartments, and my friend recommended to go in check out Elevation apartments. To my surprise I was amazed by the customer serviced that I received from the staff at Elevation. I’m thankful that my friend preferred me to Elevation I’m now a resident. I’m impressed with all the amenities that they offer their residents. I would recommend to other this wonderful place that I call home. In addition, to that I had a couple of work orders that needed... addressed and maintenance was very helpful with my problem and found solution to fix it. Lee mas

My husband and I rented an apartment at Elevation for three months this past winter. This is the fifth winter we have rented in Arizona and both agreed this was the best property we have stayed at. There were a few issues at move in but Ruthann, the Manager, resolved them quickly and in a very professional manner. It was very quiet at night for sleeping which was a bonus. Property was extremely well kept and clean. Jason was frequently seen maintaining pool area, bbq area, pool chairs, etc. This... is a pet friendly community and from our observation the owners were very responsible in picking up after their pets. It has a beautiful pool area with cabanas and lots of lounge chairs. Office staff was always friendly, available and helpful. TVs in bbq area were a nice touch. We would recommend this property. We relocated from Michigan to Arizona, September 2016, and were nervous about leasing an apartment without being able to see it in person first, and how the leasing process would work being remote before we moved. The team at Elevation made us comfortable every step of the way, and communicated with us daily up until our move in date.

The complex is beautiful and we love the pool area, truly looks like a resort! When we have family come and visit they feel like they are on vacation! We also... love that the complex isn't too big and it's quiet. I would say the only downfall can be is the parking sometimes, you will always find a spot, but it might not be close to your apartment, not a huge deal just a little inconvenient if you have something to carry. We have a 1 BR 1 BA apartment currently and we love it, it has stainless steel appliances, and the layout is great. I love the kitchen, it's open with a good amount of counter space. We are on the 2nd floor and we do have upstairs neighbors that stomp loudly from time to time, but that comes with living with someone above you.

The maintenance has always been super fast for us, and the team in the office is always so helpful whenever we need anything!

Overall we love Elevation and would recommend it to anyone! Lee mas
