Worst Experience Our apartment was dirty when we moved in. Multiple things needed fixing. Shower rod was broken, stove fan was exposed , mailbox key was damaged, missing storage key, fob didn’t work! Master bathroom cabinet came apart. Garbage on kitchen floor. When contacted front office they told us maintenance was going to come asap. 3 days later we are still waiting and every time we go back to front office they pretend they are not aware of any issues. We also provided a cashiers check... with move in fees and 2 days later I received a bill and they want us to pay again. No sense of urgency at all Lee mas

Maintenance Request My key fob would no longer open my door, my door lock would just blink red instead of green so the door wouldn't open. Thankfully the app on my phone would still open it. Went over to the office and spoke with a lady in an office so I am assuming she was a manager but don't know for sure. She said she would take care of it as it was a "priority" and get it done immediately. I asked her if I had to fill out the request online and she assured me she would take care of it,... that was Wednesday of last week. Came home Thursday and it was not repaired so Friday I called the office about 7 times to talk to someone and nobody picked up, it went to the voicemail every time. The office is not open on weekends, so I called back Monday and spoke to someone. She said I had to fill out the request online, then I explained what was said when I previously went in and spoke to someone. Then she said that I had to fill out a request online, this was pretty much her only response throughout the entire call. I filled out the request Monday morning, when I came home from work it did not work, Tuesday I checked the request and it said the work was finished, came home Tuesday after work and it did not work. Wednesday, I called back, and they said it was probably my key fob and I explained I couldn't make it to the office because of work and they said they would leave on new one on my counter. I asked if I had to fill out a request online they said no they would email me and just confirm back it was ok to enter the apartment, so I replied to the email I sent. Came home Wednesday to no key fob, Thursday no key fob, Friday no key fob, so here I sit on a Saturday with no key fob. I hope the reimburse me for the money I have to spend on a hotel when I come home one day and can't get into my apartment!

My previous maintenance request to get my refrigerator fixed I had to go to the office 4 times to get someone to come over and I filled out the online request. Lee mas
