They don't care about your privacy. They will enter your apt without permission . They will even let people in you don't even know. They think there above the law. They do what they want . Even when you have in your lease that they do not have permission to enter.

Our team follows all applicable laws and lease guidelines regarding entry, and any access to a unit is either with proper notice or in the case of an emergency, as allowed by law. I’ve been living in Avana Gilbert for almost 2 years and my experiences have always been positive. Management and the staff are always friendly and kind. They are always ready to help out our hear my concerns.

It’s average but getting expensive for what the property really is.. my bathroom fan is literally from the 80s and I have popcorn ceilings. It’s like living in section 8 without the fair pricing ?? gates are always broken too and I have to pay an additional $10 for the storage closet on my patio that should realistically be considered part of my apartment like anywhere else would. They’re trying to be bougie on a budget without adding anything to the property. All pools have only one working... gate now. It’s just going down hill, in my opinion.

We appreciate your honest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. I would like to provide a little clarification on some concerns mentioned in your review. The gates at the front of the complex were manually stuck open during... the construction along Driftwood as they were obstructing the exit gate, but they are working now. The $10 charge is not for storage on your patio, nor do we charge for storage in the unit. The $10 charge is for being a part of the Val Vista Lakes HOA.
We are disappointed to hear that you feel as though the community is going downhill and hope to turn your experience around by the improvements we are making to the community.
