Avana Gilbert is nice overall but something’s could be worked on maintenance has a horrible turnaround time
Pools close often due to maintenance as well as water turns off once a month due to other maintenance and doesn’t seem like they fully check the residence before putting a new guest in

Don't move here it is so bad from hearing every noise in your neighbors apt to parking to the bugs. Consider somewhere else
