Skyline at Cooley Station Apartamentos

We moved in end of feb . Just small things like the apartment not being cleaned well prior to move it , the drawer on the stove has been broken and they never fixed it. Was I was willing to overlook it since Susie is the only one on staff here ( try to get the contact for anyone else in corporate is useless they won’t give it out )

Tenants smoking weed and cigarettes on the property, always picking up trash this has been made known to management and nothing has been done about other than a... note saying you can’t smoke here but they keep doing it. Again was willing to I guess deal with people breaking the rules as long as I had a quiet place to live

And they moved in a bunch of minors for a summer program for UND Aerospace in mesa … they never told the residents any of this according to a source for UND they knew about this move here back in march end of feb . They expect us to deal with the loud and rude minors .. and pick up after them if you want a clean complex .. complaints were filed with UND they could care less. But they will give your information out to the staff here and the kids so they are even louder and making your life a living hell.. and also the kids have 4 adults watching them they can barely handle them.

And you won’t be able to really use the common areas since there seems to be kids there all the time they leave the weights out trash in the conference room or they just hang out in the halls yelling and just being an overall nuisance

And lately the trash isn’t being taken out there are wolf spiders and other bugs all on the patios ( office has been notified of this a few times ) they are now having the lights turned off in the parking lot for some reason for the last week so you can’t see anything . Which is a huge safety issue. And they do not have cameras other the lobby when I asked about this if they are going to install them I was told no because eventually it’s going to be used for college housing in a year or two and the owner doesn’t think it’s necessary for their safety

I could go on but I’ll leave it at that if you want a nice quiet apartment where they actually care about you as a tenant don’t move in here … or if you want to live somewhere where you pay rent to live basically in a dorm then go right ahead.

Can’t wait to leave this place worst decision I’ve made lately. Lee mas
