For remote work or homeschooling, an office provides privacy and quiet surroundings. The home includes four bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable mattresses and linens. The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds, and another has a twin and full double-size bed, with TVs in all rooms for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking, baking, and dining ware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home.
An additional fee is required to heat the pool and spa, with a charge of $90 per day plus tax. The pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed due to weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated, so please coordinate your travel plans accordingly. No pets or large gatherings are allowed. Parking is restricted to the garage or visitor parking spaces, with no trailer parking allowed. The HOA issues fines for street parking overnight, and all vehicles must be in the garage or driveway. Repeated overnight parking in visitor parking is not allowed. A $1000 fee will be billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke in the home upon check-out, including the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection. Utility caps apply, with a $250 utility allowance per 30 days. Guests are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap, with overages charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days. All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. Guests booking the home must be at least 25 years of age, and the reservation holder must be present unless approved in advance. All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
