Claremont Apartments

If you love living with roaches and bedbugs this is the place to live! Management does not take care of major maintenance issues. Even minor are not done. The apartments are disgusting and owner/manager doesn't care. Most tenants are wonderful. Unfortunately, they are all being taken advantage of.
And this is to warn you. If you hold out your lease and go to move, Marcus will not communicate with ANYONE from a new complex. Probably best to look elsewhere.

Management is down to earth and communicating my needs to either Marcus or Susan have always been resolved in a timely manner. The complex is located on a cul -de -sac and my neighbors and the residents across the street look after one another. There is a Family Dollar and Food City within walking distance; as well as clothing stores, fast food, restaurants, and convenience store. The bus line is a minute away and so is Grand Avenue and Downtown Glendale. My apartment is spacious and I have my... own backyard and it is utilities included. Not all units are. The laundry room as less than 100 feet away and the mailman delivers on time every day. I have lived here for three years and plan on being here for many more to come. Lee mas
