Office and Maintainence Staff

My experience with the office staff is wonderful. The manager, Angelica, the assistant manager, Ana, the secretary, Shawna are always nice and helpful. Anytime I have a problem, they are there in the office to help me.
Maintance is also always there. If I have something that need to be fixed or replaced, they are there to fix it replace it, usually the first day. I appreciate that.

Great location

Just moved here i gotta say its a real nice area not far from west-gate the apt is spacious way better than my old place the staff is great i was dealing with Shawnna T great person to work with so far i don't have anything bad to say about the place

Maintenance

Usually a 48hr turnaround. When one can't figure it out the problem they help each other which is great.

Desert Eagle Estates

The apartments/townhouses give you alot for the price. Living space of the 4bd 4bth is incredible. The washer and dryer being in your home helps. I love how close it to down town Glendale, especially West Gate and the Cardinals stadium.
The office staff are always helpful to your needs. I love that it's in the SRP area. Cheaper! Than APS. I love that they offer to spray your house weekly for any bugs. None! Thus far.
Only down fall is two things. One pool to a all the complex and no extra... space for storage. Other than that worth the maney for sure.
