Sage Villas Apartments

I currently live at the Coppertree Villas Apartments. This is an awful place to live. They lack on maintenance, and repairs. When ever, it rains the whole front of the area of your apartment floods. And you are at risk of the front part of your roof to just cave in, because the front part of the roof is made of tin ! You have no top kitchen cabinets, unless you purchase them yourself. You also have no top closet bars to hang up your clothes unless you purchase and install it yourself. And I... have already had three used refrigerators in the period of two years. The rent mangers keep giving me old refrigerators instead of just giving me a new one. Somebody shot threw my bedroom window ! It's a good thing I was not home. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Lee mas
