After having lived here for six months I can say it was awful. It wasn't the apartment, the facilities or landscaping, but the staff. There was one nice young lady who was helpful, but the other three members including the manager are awful and have never heard of customer service. First, during normal business hours if you call the office, you rarely get a live person and is sent to their answering service. I'm still awaiting return calls from 4 months ago. Second, signed a six month... lease then signed a one year and our rent increased by 15%. I asked because usually when it's a longer commitment the price goes down. Nope, went up. I called about several issues we had with the apartment (security system and internet). Both times I was told they couldn't help and I needed to call the providers customer service. I asked isn't that their issue as I am the renter to which I got a BS snarky response, so I had to take care of. The final straw is we moved out in late July, after providing a $4,300 security deposit. Now fast forward to November and got a collections notice from a collection agency. Called their office and after several times got the rude manager. Sent over a recap and stated that we failed to pay the early withdrawal penalty. Said we did and still need our security deposit back. She had the audacity to say we never gave one. Now I have to search my files or get a copy from the bank on a simple transaction as a security deposit. They have turned over owners several times and seems to be a pattern with this development of "losing" tenets security deposit. Now I have to get my attorney involved with litigation which costs me more money on a simple transaction. When I first moved in, things were immaculate. Now when you walk the grounds you see trash everywhere; in the grass, in the bushes, in the rocks, etc..there’s also massive dog poops everywhere and people consistently throw away furniture in the dumpster area, making the dumpster frequently inaccessible. I wish the community would hire groundskeepers to pick up all the trash because new residents coming in the past few months do not care and scatter it everywhere. It would be nice if they... utilized DNA testing for the dogs poop, you can hardly walk without stepping in it because people who live here are so lazy and inconsiderate they can’t pick it up. If they don’t want to utilize the testing, then why not have the grounds people and/or landscapers pick it up? The landscapers run it over with their lawn mower and it’s then spread throughout the grass. The fact that the community routinely has the sprinkler system on for 6+ hours/day only causes the grass to become a mix of trash, runny dog poop, mud, mushrooms, and makes the grass ridiculously long for no reason other than to waste water/money and make the grounds worse. Lastly, why is there not a lock on the dumpster gate? If you have trash, it’s easy to throw it over the gate and make it into the dumpster. Or why are there not security cameras installed? It feels for the amount we pay in rent, having access to our dumpsters and able to walk through our community should not be a privilege. Lee mas

Apartment was great, overall the community was quiet and beautiful. Staff was helpful until it came to move-out. Communication broke down over and over while we were trying to give final notice, staff lost our paperwork repeatedly. Final bill was never provided and sent to collections due to inaction. Disappointed in the overall experience.

The staff here have excellent customer service. The maintenance team and office team have been accommodating, understanding, and caring. I could not ask for better service. Thank you!

CTC at Estrella Commons is a great community to live; I am in love with this place. The staff is super helpful the Manager is excellent and helpful and everything is honestly super. Being here 7 months and will never move out.
That much I love it.
