Pool heat is an additional $125 per night for the duration of your stay and is only offered from October through May. Pets are allowed upon approval with a $75 pet fee per dog, and all dog waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, you may be subject to a fine. No cats are preferred.

The property is under video surveillance and utilizes a decibel monitoring system to ensure noise levels remain reasonable. No smoking, no parties, or events are allowed. The home will be ready for check-in between 4-6 pm AZ time. The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the reservation. A dedicated personal door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in via email. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge.
