Coral Point

This is a disgusting place to live and I would get out tomorrow if I could. Disgusting bug infested buildings and rude people who do not care about tenants. Doesn’t even deserve a single star.

I have liked this community the moment I had visited. Driving into the complex made me feel like home, the green scenery, kids playing at the park, people walking around doing their business. When I came in to turn in some payments, the staff were wonderful! They greeted me and made me laugh, made me comfortable! When I finally moved in, they gave me a gift bag :) and welcomed me to their community. On a daily basis, when I walk my dog, I enjoy the sun and breeze, the small park, the gym. There... is several nice laundry mats located in the complex for the residents, along with pools. There is mail box along with an Amazon locker which is really convenient for Amazon shoppers. Very spacious and very nice. When I called for maintenance, they came within 10-15 minutes for them to arrive and help with the issues. There is very small things that can be better like the walls which are a bit thin. I'm in the Amber unit (2Beds,1 3/4Baths) and I love it! The big window in the living room gives so much natural light! Enough space for my bookshelves to sit comfortably against every wall and corner. I prefer no carpets but they are very comfortable in the rooms (my office and my bedroom). I haven't had any pests or issues in my unit and thank God I have not. I really do like the apartments a lot and I suggest people give it a tour, see how they feel :) there is so much that is offered here and that's why I love it so far! A one-star review is being generous; this complex is such a joke ya’ll, don’t waste your time. The virtual tour and images offered on the website are NOT an accurate representation of the apartment complex. The buildings and units are in TERRIBLE condition. Some of the obvious issues include extensive structural damage and shoddy repairs. However, the most important note here is that the complex is TEEMING with cockroaches. Burns Pest Elimination is here every Wednesday, like clockwork, to... address infestations across the complex. Lee mas

went to go tour apartment looked decent at first upon move in there were roaches crawling out of every where couldn't even put down any food on the counter never unpacked anything do not waste your time here!! had to have them break my lease stay away not worth it!!!

Under new management and it has definitely changed for the better. The new management and their team are helpful, proactive, and diligent in response. I just signed my lease for another year.
