Hampton Court Apartamentos

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and it hasn't been worth the price!
It is over run with STRAY CATS!!! The cats pee all over everything!! They drink and live right near the pool!! Not only that but the outside of the apartments have rocks not grass that is showed in the picture. The rocks also are covered in dog and cats POOP!! Don't believe me just come here yourself and see!! Another problem we have is that the apartment manager doesn't give notice if anything is shut off...... that includes both the ac and water. Also be aware that there are also roaches!! If I were you I would avoid these apartments like the plague!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!! Lee mas

Now, these apartments are pretty good for first renters or those who need to down size. The apartments inside are good, the outside and people and area, no. The people have been here for YEARS and are creepy, they watch every move you make, they stare and make everything their business. They are very inconsiderate, noisy every morning at 5am, slam their doors. The apartment has a swimming pool that’s listed as an “amenities” NOT AT ALL!! People wash, yes they WASH their clothes in the pool, it’s... cold all year round, can’t even get the gate open because the manager won’t change the locks, not that I would swim in it anyway. Someone POOPED in the laundry room. There’s a lady down stairs who sits on the stair and now there are brown marks and stains from where she sat. They leave trash EVRYWHERE. The manager yells at all the tenants, yells at his own animals. You hear people yelling right our yur door. The mail boxes are falling apart and the manager blames it on the mail people. Also, the picture on here looks nothing what they actually look like. My hubby and I were sleeping one time and they have people come and spray every few weeks now we had said we didn’t need it. We didn’t know that we were signing up for them to UNLOCK our door if we didn’t open it and say we didn’t need it. He almost let my cat out, she has anxiety, we could have been naked and the manager allowed some spray guy to UNLOCK our door without our permission. No respect at ALL! Creepy people all around this area. They also don’t give you notice when they shut off the water, they do it about 6-10 times a month. Don’t bother!!!! Lee mas
