No additional guests are allowed without prior arrangement, with a $200 charge per person per day for violations. Excessive cleaning will incur a $50 per hour fee. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed, and bringing one will result in being asked to leave. A zero-tolerance policy is in place for smoking, vaping, or drug use, with a $500 fine and additional charges for evidence of smoking or drug use. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee, and staying beyond checkout time will incur further charges. No crypto mining is allowed on the premises. Guests are advised to shower before entering the hot tub, and to follow all safety guidelines for its use. The neighborhood is family-friendly, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors.
The master bedroom includes a large, dedicated work desk next to the window and a comfortable, upholstered desk chair, providing an ideal space for remote work.
