A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of the next guests. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If another guest must be refunded due to your extended stay, you will reimburse for any refunds given. Any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the day's rate for however many days it took to restore the property.

Violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed, and bringing one will result in being asked to leave and possibly fined for any damage or extra cleaning. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or drug use, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties are allowed, with no exceptions, and business meetings are limited to six people. Noise complaints or police involvement could result in being asked to leave with no refund. Pool rules include showering before entering, no jumping or diving, and no glass near the pool.
