This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building.
