Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated. No pets or large gatherings are allowed. Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces, with no repeated overnight parking in visitor spaces. No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee for any evidence of smoking. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection. All homes are inspected every 30 days for maintenance. Guest booking must be at least 25 years of age and present unless approved in advance. All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee.
