The heated pool fee is $125 for the first day and $75 per day after that. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature up to 80 degrees. It is recommended to heat the pool between October and May. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay and will be set no higher than 82 degrees.

This beautifully decorated space will be your retreat from a long day out exploring downtown, which is only about 5 miles away. Lyft, Uber, and Waymo are available as well as Turo rentals.
Cameras are located on the side of the house and the front door. Yard workers and pest control services may access the property during your stay. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement, violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day with possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed; bringing an animal after violating the house rules will result in being asked to leave the premises. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties are allowed, and any noise complaints or police involvement could result in being asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time. Be respectful of the neighbors, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.
