There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or unauthorized gatherings. If a party is detected, police will be contacted, and all guests will be removed immediately without a refund. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on or around the building premises. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be applied. Guests must print and display the provided parking pass. We are not responsible for any tickets or violations resulting from failure to follow the parking instructions outlined in the check-in guide. Extra cleaning fees may be charged if the unit is left excessively dirty. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 replacement fee.
