An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability.
