These apartments need to be condemned. The office staff is great always as helpful as possible. Since moving in they can’t keep the ac working. It’s been up to 96 degrees in my apartment making it hard for my autistic kid to breathe. We’ve had to sleep in our car a few nights to be cool. Since it was so hot in the apt the fridge has went out multiple times. I thought it was weird I had to sign a bedbug clause in my lease but since moving in I’ve thrown away 4 mattresses (mine and my kids) and... countless clothes because they are bug and bedbug infested. I’m currently sleeping on air mattresses until the end of my lease because I refuse to put anything else in here. I put majority of my items in a storage. The kids run around pissing on buildings and leave trash everywhere. During the rain the water was blocking the gutters and my apt was flooded. Dont think to go to the pool is always trifling and the kids are putting chip bags and wearing street clothes in there. My lease is up in a couple of months and I can’t wait to leave these trifling apartments. I would move sooner but they make it hard to break your lease for this place being so nasty. Do move here at all. They are cheap for a reason.

I've only been here for 2 months and the process to sign the lease and everything was great super friendly and very attentive but after I sign the lease it's been nothing but problems one after another and it's just been pure stress and headaches. It first started with the inspection list which I never got and the apartment is all beat up, then the apartment wasn't remodeled as promised, then it's the refrigerator that spoiled my food within the 2nd day, then it was threats regards to my ESA dog... that I have that after 2 months they are saying that they didn't get anything but the Jose the other management said everything is in good order, then it was the app portfolio adding fees and extra charges when I was at a funeral and I called to see why and they said because of my ESA dog?! This is my last straw I'm calling corporate regarding to this management that are incompetent and unprofessional, have no empathy, unorganized, just rude and disrespectful and just want to get money out of you. But when it comes to them to take care of the apartment and fixing things it goes to one ear and out the other and you have to keep reminding them everyday for 2 months to fix things on their end! It's been 2 months and they haven't even fixed things from the inspection! Lee mas

very shady environment, junkies posted up in the front of the apts by the bus stop. place is infested with roaches spraying does nothing. they control your ac and if yours is broken they will cut cost to fix it in 115 degree weather, mid summer been this way for around 2 months, still no fix. pool is always closed mid summer. none of the maintenance workers speak English. the list goes on about this place. pay a little extra and live somewhere else this place is living hell DO NOT LIVE HERE... NOT!!! Lee mas
