Do not live here
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I’ve lived at this apartment for a year, and I’m finally moving out due to a long list of problems—poor management, parking issues, the property being dirty and smelling of animal waste every-time you open a door, unresponsive staff, and a serious issue with package theft. Since moving in, I’ve had four packages stolen from the mailroom. Four. That includes christmas gifts, house decor, and my graduation items, Id eventually opened a PO box so I could stop getting things sent... here, which I closed and was forced to send here because I’m in the middle of moving and had no other address. Of course, these packages got stolen too.
Every time this happens, I go to the leasing office and ask for help. Their response is always the same: “Contact the delivery service.” They don’t have any cameras in or near the mailroom. They take zero responsibility. There’s no accountability, no resolution, no care.
Today, when I went in to complain about the fourth stolen package, Florentino, the leasing agent, decided to get loud with me instead of helping. As I was walking out, he decided the best thing to do was to get loud back! I checked the mail room again, of course no packages so I went back into the office to ask for his name so I could write this review. He hesitated, then said, “Florentino. I’ll reply to it.” If this is the new property manager I am so thrilled to only have 4 more days in this place. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unbelievable but honestly comical at this rate because no one Ive seen come through that office is capable of doing the job they clock in for.
This place has gone soooo far downhill since it opened. The staff is useless, packages are constantly stolen, nothing is clean or kept, and no one seems to care. Last I checked a leasing agents literal job is to assist residents and not once has this team ever been helpful. Do NOT move here pick literally anywhere else, and do NOT get anything delivered to this property.

When it comes to... delivery issues, we do our best to assist by contacting carriers when possible. However, many times they require the recipient to reach out directly, which limits how much we can intervene. We understand how frustrating this can be and truly empathize with your experience.
