Residences at FortyTwo25 Apartments

Loud noisy complex. Dog waste stations frequently are out of waste bags. Maintenance denied replacing my dishwasher filter as they said it wasn’t a service provided. Ridiculous. The dishwasher has been leaking from the time of move in. They’ve done band aid fixes which has not worked. Business office got rid of the rent drop box and didn’t give any notice. They actually closed it then told residents. Terrible service you should give at least 30 days notice. Then this last month they... implied they were going to get rid of check payments soon. My lease ends at end of March and I’m out of here. Lee mas

Love ?? my apt, rent is reasonable and the building is fairly quiet, clean no issues or complaints. Amenities are being upgraded and gates are finally fixed

Overall fairly good experience. Maintenance is always quick. They finally updated the gym which was nice. Wish they would do more updating to apartment appliances/ features for people who have lived here for awhile

Love this community, however I'm rating it not perfect because its been months with the front gate not working.
I asked Ruby at front desk about it and she lied to my face saying the gates were working at night after working hours. I would also like to point out that she turned away from me and ignored me, or my other concerns. Very rude.

About the gates: it's been 3 weeks since that and I've come in at 7:00pm, 9:00pm, and 11:00pm several days and its not working. The gated community is... not really working and front desk representative lied to my face. Lee mas

All the changes as a new resident has been quite difficult. I don’t feel like things are communicated clearly. The property is clean and well maintained. There are some neighbors that are quite loud, but that’s to be expected in an apartment complex. On a positive. We do NOT have a bug problem which I find common in Phoenix.
