3 days into lease, saw many cockroaches. Had pest control come in and put out bait. Roaches went away after about 10 days. But a couple weeks later they were back. This places has a real problem. I wish I didn't move in here.

Nice, clean, secure place to live and rest your head. Friendly tenants and supportive leasing and maintenance staff make it more enjoyable. Reasonable rent, and many different floor plans. I really like it here.

Maintenance took care of my tickets, and the paperwork was smooth. The keyless entry is great as well. My unit is well kept and clean. So far so good.
