Good place, office staff are nice and quick to correct mistakes. Communication is sometimes wanky, they just had a lemonade day and we got like 4 emails a day about that but the gym doors been open for however long and never got an email about that lol

Tons of cockroaches

3 days into lease, saw many cockroaches. Had pest control come in and put out bait. Roaches went away after about 10 days. But a couple weeks later they were back. This places has a real problem. I wish I didn't move in here.

Nice, clean, secure place to live and rest your head. Friendly tenants and supportive leasing and maintenance staff make it more enjoyable. Reasonable rent, and many different floor plans. I really like it here.
