The apartments are nice….it does get pretty loud often. Loud music, loud shouting. The trash bins fill up very fast and they overflow and it takes a few days for them to be emptied. People leave beer and alcohol cans everywhere and when you have kids it makes you think very poorly.

The maintenance team here deserves a raise they are prompt, professional, and easily the best thing about this place. Sadly, they are dragged down by a glaringly rude leasing office staff. Trying to get clear paperwork out of management is impossible; there are confusing terms in the documents, and they flat out refuse to correct or clarify them. The amenities are completely average not terrible, but nothing special.

I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean. The location is convenient, and I appreciate how safe and comfortable the property feels. The apartment itself has been spacious and comfortable, and the AC works great, which is especially important in Arizona summers. Overall, it’s been a... positive place to live and I would recommend it to others looking for a nice apartment community.
