Having a great time with residents. It’s my first time living on my own, so it’s been a great time for sure. I will recommend staying here to whoever is looking for a quiet, friendly, and safe place to live.

Management is always changing. Gates are always broken or they are doing something to them aLeah’s. Overall it’s fine. Maintenance team is always good.

The management team is always taking care of the community and the amenities, upgrading as needed. The front access gates are working great and... are on a timer. The back gate is exit only The management office and maintenance team has remained the same since mid 2025, please stop by and introduce yourself when you get a free moment. We love connecting with our residents.

My move in experience has been seamless and easy. The front office staff is so welcoming and encouraging! I love that we have smart locks on the doors for added security.

There are constant changes, some good, some meh - overall feels good for the community. Main gate is usually broken which has lead to not just myself but my wife almost being struck by cars entering through the exit gate. We've notified them but it seems we're at the mercy of whoever they keep as a vendor. Nice amenities.
