Seven (AZ)

Our experience has been nothing but good. Grounds are kept up to clean conditions, landscaping is done once a week. Neighbors are extremely kind and maintenance is always there if needed. Leasing/ office staff have always been more than kind when it comes to any questions or concerns we may have. Quiet hours are respected.

Love living here so far! The apartments are modern, and the atmosphere is elegant and clean. I would say my one complaint is that there are no elevators in the buildings, so if you live on the third floor and have to carry a lot of stuff, or if you have a relative with a disability, there's no easy way up.

My experience has been great. I love my apartment. What small concerns I had when I moved in were quickly addressed. Melissa was perfect at every step of my rental and application process. She got me up to speed with all the amenities and technology right away. The maintanence crew are very effective, professional and expedient. I am very happy I chose Seven

Great experience so far. Everyone in the office has been so helpful and welcoming. Cant wait to be a part of this community and the beautiful pool area!

My experience has been great! The management team is wonderful. I have lived here for two years with two different management teams. As well as the maintenance team, the team before was great too, even when they were short-handed, the service was still great. I have truly enjoyed my stay here at Seven.
