My experience has been great! The management team is wonderful. I have lived here for two years with two different management teams. As well as the maintenance team, the team before was great too, even when they were short-handed, the service was still great. I have truly enjoyed my stay here at Seven.

Grills don't always work and when they do they only work on low temp. TV at pool is only for show no one can use it because it doesn't have remote. Parking is a nightmare. Pool is even worse.

My experience has been pretty great. The communication with the amenities has always been pretty solid, the grills have always worked when I needed them, as well as the apartment has never really given much of an issue. When there was an issue, the maintenance crew has always been on top of the problems and never gave an issue.
