Seven (AZ)

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Seven. I still live my apartment after a year. I adore the ladies at the front office. The community center is always well taken care of. The facilities are well maintained. Most of the people who live here are respectful and appreciate the community we have.

I will be moving next week and wanted to share my experience with Seven Apartments so far! The leasing and management team have been wondereful, making the application and transition process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The location is fantastic, and the overall setup is shaping up to be a great fit for my needs. Finding a place that feels welcoming right from the start means a lot, and the staff has truly gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and accommodate my schedule.... The community atmosphere seems vibrant yet peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for. It a great place to live, the property is always clean. Maintenance response is quick and office staff is super friendly! I also appreciate the email notices on things that may affect me or uses of common areas.

Experience is good the office people are sweet very helpful when you have questions or if parking is a situation they help out well and the neighbors are good not loud and not too noisy everyone shows respect for each others community at all times! Overall the place is a great place to be the only thing I would say needs to be worked on is the grass area has a lot of ants there so when people have their pets put their little feet might be getting bite so for sure is concerning on that end and I... feel the big guy should come more often spraying the outside of apartments best they can Read More

Manta was very welcoming to me and my daughter when we came in to view different floor plans on the property. After making my decision she was easily reachable and responsive.
