Very quiet small community. No problems or issues. great staff. Landscaping is well maintained and grounds are cleaned. Service requests are performed in a timely fashion.

The walls are pretty thin, the above renter is quite loud, walks loudly, pounds/drops heavily onto floor, can hear people going up & down outside steps.
And again, the painting of walls not good. Paint splatter on floor, paint on cabinets, paint on fixtures - not luxury.
I like to space of apartment and layout very much. Location is great! Property is kept up nicely.

Great place to stay, nice clean neighborhood with minimal issues. Maintenance was usually quick. Only negative was the pool was under maintenance and closed quite a bit
