Tenant pays for electricity- SRP
4) Security Deposit: $200 based on approved credit
5) Income requirements: 2.5 X the Rent


Pet Policy and Deposit:
1) 2 pets per Apartment/ breed restriction.
2) Pet Deposit: $300.00 non- refundable.
3) 1 Pet monthly rent: $25.00
2 Pets monthly rent: $50.00
4) Pet weight limit: less than 25 lb.


Documents needed with the application
ID or Driver's License, 2-month pay-stubs, and Money order to apply.

Wilshire Place potential residents may not have any evictions in the past 3 years, may not have left another complex owing money and they must make at least 2.5 times gross, the amount of monthly rent and fees.
