A starter pack including hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap is provided. No pets or large gatherings are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee for any evidence of smoking. Stays of 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500, with utility caps and overages charged to a credit card on file. All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
