Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed, and to avoid a $500 fee, please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, and $300 for stays of 30+ nights.

There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors installed in the unit are tampered with, there will be a fee.
