Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
