A starter pack is provided, which includes hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Refrain from using flushable wipes. No large gatherings are allowed. No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. A $1000 fee will be billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke in the home upon check-out, or if smoke is detected in the house.
